With The house in photo A you can see roof and gutters have been done and the owner has chosen quoins for the corners this shows a Render jop half finished.
Note the preparation in setting up with windows and ground protected with thick black plastic.
Photos B and C show Quoins with Bands around the windows, really setting it off.
